Once you have decided to make a purchase from the Gallery simply click the 'Buy' button along side the piece you are interested in and complete the simple enquiry form. Alternatively if you just require information about a piece please use our contact form on the contact page of this site or you can just Email your details to enquiries@coombegallery.com.

On receipt of your purchase request we will contact you to confirm that the item is still available and arrange one of the following;
View it at our gallery in Devon or send you detailed photos.

It is possible to buy direct from the site without sending an enquiry first using our secure ordering facility - COMING SOON!. This can also be found by clicking the 'Buy' button along side the piece you are interested in. We advise customers to make an enquiry first with the majority of pieces for two reasons; firstly we work on a first come first served basis. This means that if someone else has already made an enquiry your purchase may be declined, and secondly The colours of some pieces may not exactly match the colours on your screen depending on the configuration of your monitor. So prior viewing is reccommended.

Once you are happy with your purchase you can pay by one of the following methods:

1. By credit card via our secure server (we do not accept American Express) - COMING SOON!

2. credit card details by fax or phone (for numbers see our contact page)

3. or cheque by post (we will wait for clearance before despatch)

For items over £1.000 it may be possible to arrange for 3 staged payments interest free.

Your credit card will only be charged once the total cost including any shipping, taxes, or Vat (if relevant) have been approved.

The price of paintings does not include framing as this tends to be a personal choice based on individual taste. The price includes delivery within the UK with the exception of extra large or heavy items. For these items, or any items requiring shipping, we will provide you with a quote, to be agreed by yourselves, prior to despatch. This price will include packing and insurance whilst in transit.

Purchasers are responsible for any local customs duties and taxes required.

Your purchase will be dispatched as soon as possible. We will inform you immediately of the despatch or advise you of the delivery day.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it with receipt provided that you contact us within seven days of arrival by fax or email and advise us of its return route.

All work must be returned in the original packing and undamaged to Coombe Gallery Dittisham, Dartmouth, Devon, TQ6 0JA, UK. It must be returned within 10 days of arrival with you.

Providing these conditions are fulfilled we will arrange for a full refund either to your credit card or by cheque. We do not refund shipping costs or pay for the return of the artwork to us.

We do not guarantee that the art on the site will be always available or that we will provide an error free service. You can be assured however of a genuine quality service with art works only from professional artists and makers.

The artist, or the estate of the artist maintains the rights to the image. Purchase of an artwork does not imply that the owner can use this image for commercial purposes.
